This notice describes the information collected by the AIvolution Summit pre-launch waitlist. The organiser’s legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and international-transfer details are awaiting confirmation. This notice is not a statement of GDPR compliance.

What we collect

We collect your full name, email address, optional company name and selected participation interest. We also record your marketing choice, the wording presented to you, the privacy-notice version and the time of submission. A short-lived, signed verification challenge helps reject automated or repeated submissions.

Why we collect it

Your details are used to manage your expressed interest in AIvolution Summit and participation opportunities. Marketing emails about news, announcements and opportunities require the separate, optional checkbox. Joining does not purchase a ticket, confirm participation or create an account.

Your marketing choice

The marketing checkbox is off by default. You may join without accepting marketing. Your choice is recorded with a server timestamp and the consent wording. If marketing communications are introduced, each message must offer a way to withdraw consent.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in Lovable Cloud. Visitors cannot read, edit or download waitlist records. The site’s submission service can create records only after validation and verification. We do not sell the information submitted through this form.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy, withdraw marketing consent and complain to a supervisory authority. A dedicated privacy contact and request channel will be provided when the organiser confirms them.

Information to be confirmed before public launch

The organiser must confirm the legal data controller and contact details, lawful bases, data retention periods, processor locations and applicable international-transfer safeguards before opening this waitlist to the public. Any future email or analytics providers must be disclosed here.
